Return & Exchange Guidelines

Timeframe for Returns/Exchanges: Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Condition of Items: Item(s) must be in their original condition, with all labels, tags, and packaging intact. Returns will not be accepted if the item(s) are worn, damaged, or altered.

Partial Returns/Mixed Units: All suits are sold in predetermined sets. We do not accept partial returns, exchanges, or mixing and matching of sizes/sets.

Shipping Costs: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is properly authorized by us or due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).

International Returns: We currently do not accept international returns.

Online Order Returns: All online orders (including those from marketplaces) must be returned via paid postage. We do not accept in-store returns for online orders.
Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within 3 to 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
